Morning
Mornings begin gently as light fills the rooms and the estate awakens with the rhythm of the countryside. A guided meditation and red light ease the body into the day before members gather at the natural pool for a swim or quiet moment outdoors. Breakfast follows in the restaurant; seasonal, nourishing and informed by your personal health insights.
mid-day
By afternoon the estate moves with quiet energy. A group workout in the gym or studio is followed by time in the recovery spaces to reset and recharge. Some wander into the woodland for a walk beneath the canopy of trees, while others drift into the lounges, where tea is poured, conversations unfold and ideas are shared.
night
As evening arrives, the atmosphere softens. Dinner on the farm brings people together over seasonal food and open-fire cooking. Later, members gather around the fire pits or return to the house where music drifts through the lounge and botanical drinks are shared at the bar.
