A return to real food.

A modern restaurant shaped by nature, design, and community.
We believe food is the foundation of wellbeing. It connects us, restores us, and brings joy. At Long Lane, we cook in harmony with nature to create nourishing, thoughtful meals that support a holistic experience. And yes, they taste delicious.

THERESTAURANT

The dining room encourages presence, a space shaped by natural light, honest materials, and quiet details. Service is warm and intuitive, with a menu designed around shared plates, thoughtful pacing, and a sense of ease.
All of our ingredients are grown and sourced within 100 miles of the property, many of them cultivated directly onsite. This allows us to prioritise seasonal, organic, and regenerative agriculture that nourishes our bodies while honouring the land.

Ingredients with integrity

Our approach to dining is highly refined and deeply personal, designed to bring guests into a greater sense of connection with themselves, with one another, and with the rhythms of nature. A thoughtful experience, from soil to plate.
